Koumbit hosting and other services are non-refundable after product activation or service execution.
Please note that clients are responsible for signalling contract termination with Koumbit. Koumbit reserves the right to ask for proof of termination requests in explicit written communications. The client is responsible for presenting such evidence. Koumbit requires notification of contract termination at least X days before the next invoice is issued, depending on how many months the contract covers:
- 1 month -> 15 days
- 2 months -> 20 days
- 3 months -> 30 days
- 6 months -> 60 days
- 1 year -> 60 days
