Please note the following policies around billing.
In general, hours worked by Koumbit are billed at the end of each month (or the beginning of the following one). Some exceptions are made; for example, for work that will soon be finished or when only a small amount of time has been worked to date.
All hours worked are billed at the end of each trimestre (Koumbit's trimesters end at the end of November, February, May and August). At that time, less than one hour of work is billed, rounded up to one hour.
Hours worked by Koumbit are normally billable to clients up to six months after the work is carried out. Hours worked during a financial year for which the books have been closed are similarly no longer billable.
