Your email addresses are managed via the interface for your hosting account. This interface allows you to create a new address, modify your password, or set up mail forwarding.
In the left-hand menu, find the Email Addresses section.
Accounts are listed by domain name. If you have the domain name example.com, clicking on this name in the Email Addresses menu will allow you to access all mailboxes ending with @example.com. You can create a new mail account in the first section or select the modify link to make changes to an email address associated with this domain name from the list bellow. You will then be directed to the following page.
1 You can enable or disable this email anytime. This will bounce any mail received on this address, but will not delete the stored email, or the redirections or password.
2 POP/IMAP accounts are receiving emails in the server. To read those emails, you can use a Webmail, or a mail client such as Thunderbird. If you don't use POP/IMAP, you can configure your email to be a redirection to other existing emails by chossing "No" for this option (warning: modifying an already existing email and changing this field from "Yes" to "No" will delete all emails in the mailbox). The maximum size is in megabytes, use 0 to make it infinite.
3 If you want to send emails received on this address to other addresses, even outside this server, enter those recipients here. This can be used with a POP/IMAP account to send copies of stored emails, or with a redirection so that emails that do not get stored on Koumbit servers are forwarded elsewhere. If you want to forward to more than one email address, you should input one email address per line in the field. Attention, this is not recommanded! Understand why.
