Dear Clients,
The Web team has decided to change the way we handle WebDev support requests by creating the new email address supportwebdev@koumbit.org. This will facilitate responses to our clients who do not already have a Redmine project with us.
Additionally, this year, the team has decided to reduce the hours of Web Support available to Koumbit clients. Instead of the regular 4 days per week service, the hours will be reduced as follows:
- From July 22 to August 31, support will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays only (2 days per week), and
- From September 1 to September 28, support will be available from Tuesday to Thursday (3 days per week).
During these days, only urgent requests will be processed on the same day. For all other requests, a member of the Web team will contact you to establish a deadline that works for everyone.
Regular 4-day per week service is expected to resume on September 29, 2024.
