Assemblies of Workers and Coordination Meetings
The Council of Workers (normally referred to as the Conseil de Travail, or CT) includes all regular workers. It meets three times per month: at two Coordination Meetings and one Assembly. The Assembly addresses issues that require more discussion, for example "Should Koumbit move offices or not?." Coordination Meetings address more practical issues, such as monitoring finances.
Teams and Committees
All subjects that do not involve the entire collective are dealt with in a committee or team. It is in these groups that we coordinate most of our work, whether it's the organisation of an event or the migration of the entirety of our servers.
Individual Work
Despite the importance of collective processes, workers are the fundamental building block of the organisation. Each is his or her own boss. Tasks are not imposed on workers. When a need is identified, one or serveral people volunteer and take on the task. Each worker thus has a great deal of autonomy.
