2021-09-07: Major service outage for our main phone line
Update 1:15 PM: The phone line is back in working order. Technical support by phone will resume its normal pace tomorrow morning!
Important : Our VoIP provider is experiencing a major service outage this tuesday september 7th which renders our phone line unusable.
Our provider is currently working towards resolution of this issue, and we must unfortunately wait for them to fix it.

Koumbit is seeking a new member of our systems administration and infrastructure team
Koumbit is looking to hire a new member of our systems administration and infrastructure team at 25 hours per week. The hourly rate is $21, with an expected starting date in end of March 2021, with some flexibility.
Koumbit will be closed from the 21st of December, 2020 through the 1st of January, 2021
Koumbit will be closed from the 21st of December, 2020 (Monday) through the 1st of January, 2021 (Friday) including the telephone support line. Happy Holidays to all!
As always, our "on-call" team will be respond to any emergencies. The office will be open again Monday, January 4th, 2021.

Koumbit continues to work remotely during the pandemic
The pandemic is slowly ramping down in Montreal, and the city is slowly deconfining. However, deaths and new infections continue to affect the communities of which we are a part, and especially marginalized communities and working class neighbourhoods. The recent decisions by the government concerning the reopening of businesses and public spaces seem to us to be much more motivated by economic interests than concern for public health.
